Position: Service Manager

Job Description

Here at Tilbury Auto Sales RV Yamaha we are looking for a trustworthy candidate that has a proven track record of excellent customer service, management, and sales skills. As the service manager, your responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience, managing workflow and employees, inventory management, building and selling work orders, pricing and ordering parts. Additionally we’re looking for somebody with strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

We are currently looking for somebody who has 5+ years of automotive service management.

-Experience in providing excellent customer service support
- Ensure that technicians are always trained with the latest manufacturer technologies (WE ARE ALSO A YAMAHA POWER SPORTS DEALERSHIP)

-Improve the customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth
- Ensure that compliance with manufacturer’s warranty policies and requirements is always observed

-Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

-Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

-Develop service procedures, policies and standards (this is very important to us)

-Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

-Working knowledge of service software, databases and tools
-Ability to think strategically and to lead

-Strong client-facing and communication skills

-Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

-Customer service orientation

-Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners and clients

-Ability to examine and re-engineer operations, form new policies, develops and implements new strategies
